Support Tester in Lithuania

Job description:

  • Perform periodical system check to ensure that the system operates in production hours. Inform staff concerned if any problems found
  • Handle incidents reported by users. Resolve them if possible or register the issues to defect tracking system and communicate accordingly
  • Review and analyze dynamically generated system messages and identify problems
  • Close teamwork with colleagues from different departments

Requirements:

  • Work experience in application support or as a tester
  • Work experience on web based application
  • Very good communications skills
  • Lithuanian– fluent
  • English – good
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work both as a team member and independently
  • Analytical skills
  • Owner mindset and personal responsibility for every task

Beneficial skills:

  • Experience with defect tracking systems (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.)
