IT Support Professional in Lithuania

Job description:

  • Technical support of different IT needs in multiple-office international company
  • Workplaces deployment and maintenance
  • Office infrastructure servers deployment and maintenance
  • Offices network deployment and maintenance
  • Office hardware and software asset inventory management and contribution to purchase process
  • Administration and maintenance of internal systems, user provisioning, resources allocation

Minimal requirements:

  • Being fast, user-oriented, with personal responsibility for every task and attention to details
  • Possibility to travel to other offices in Europe (not often)
  • Hands-on skills: Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory user management, basic network management
  • Lithuanian – fluent
  • English – intermediate level

Beneficial skills:

  • MCSE, CCNA or other IT Pro certificates
  • Experience with HP servers
  • Higher education in Computer Science or Software Engineering or similar, may be last year student
  • Knowledge of Lean processes
