Gustav Mellentin

Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer

Gustav Mellentin is a co-founder of Adform and has been CEO of Adform since the company was founded in 2002. Prior to founding Adform, Gustav worked as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company in Stockholm and held the position of Senior Analyst with Nordea Markets, Copenhagen, specialising in the development of mathematical models for the pricing of structured financial products.

Gustav holds an MBA from IMD (International Institute for Management Development) and an MSc in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.

Gustav has been based in our London office since 2009.

Jakob Bak

Co-founder, Chief Technical Officer

Jakob Bak is a co-founder of Adform and one of the leading technology architects of the Adform platform. Prior to co-founding Adform, Jakob worked as a Management Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and as a research assistant at the Technical University of Denmark.

Jakob holds an MSc in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, and also attended a few semesters at USM in Malaysia.

He especially enjoys travelling, which brings him to Asia and other continents often several times per year.

Stefan Juricic

Co-founder, Chief Product Officer

Stefan Juricic is one of the co-founders of Adform and is leading the company’s product management functions. Stefan has vast experience with web-based enterprise solutions and has unique insights into the Adform platform.

Stefan holds an MSc in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. In his free time he enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.

Mats Persson

Chief Operating Officer

Mats Persson joined Adform early in 2011 as Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 15 years of experience as a leader in the IT industry. Mats has a deep knowledge of the entire life cycle of software development, from sales and requirement specification to implementation, maintenance and support. Prior to joining Adform, Mats was Executive Partner at IBM Business Consulting Services.

Mats holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Lunds Institute of Technology and a Bachelors degree in Business Economics from the University of Lund. Mats’ personal interests include sports and public speaking. Mats is known as a skilled presenter who loves being on stage.

David Fulton

Chief Commercial Officer

David Fulton joined Adform in September 2011 to take the role of Chief Commercial Officer. David has extensive experience in working with the online advertising industry. He joined Adform from Microsoft Advertising, where he was the Regional Director for Western Europe, and has previously held EMEA leadership roles with aQuantive’s Atlas and DRIVEpm, and experience with Euro RSCG London, Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles and Lion Nathan Ltd.

Originally from New Zealand, David naturally enjoys “all things rugby”. He is a keen traveler, and enjoys tennis and the outdoor lifestyle.

Martin Stockfleth Larsen

Chief Marketing Officer

If you want to be somebody, be yourself

Martin Stockfleth Larsen joined Adform in the summer of 2011 and heads up all marketing and communication within Adform. The first thing Martin did when he joined was to rebuild the Adform brand almost from scratch: the now-strong corporate identity was before invisible, and not used in any type of communication. Change has indeed happened, and with success from day 1.

Martin came to Adform from a position as CEO at competitor TraceWorks. Before that, Martin worked in executive positions within Enfatico (WPP) and Dell. Martin has more than 12 years of experience with IT, Software-as-a-Service, online marketing and business development, as well as sales execution and management.

Martin is a dedicated Philadelphia Eagles fan and a frequent Twitter user.
